又 + Adjective/Verb 1 + 又 + Adjective/Verb 2: 又...又... means 'both... and...' Use it to describe two qualities or actions that exist together.
又...又... connects two parallel adjectives or verbs. It often gives a positive description, but can also be neutral or negative depending on the words: 又累又饿. Keep the two sides grammatically parallel. Do not use 又...又... for future sequence; for sequence use 先...再... or 然后.
