Read the sample sentence and notice how 尽管……仍然…… works in the frame: 尽管 A，仍然 B.
尽管 introduces a real fact or condition, and 仍然 stresses that the result continues or remains unchanged. It is common in written and formal spoken Chinese. Do not combine it with 所以 in the result clause, because the relation is contrast, not cause and effect. Compared with 即使, 尽管 usually talks about a real known fact, while 即使 can introduce a hypothetical condition.
