反过来 means “conversely.” It reverses the direction of a relationship or argument.

Yuángōng yǐngxiǎng qǐyè, fǎn guò lái, qǐyè wénhuà yě yǐngxiǎng yuángōng.

Employees influence the company; conversely, corporate culture also influences employees.

Erklärung

Use 反过来 when A affects B and then you explain B affects A, or when an argument is viewed from the opposite direction. It is not simply “at the same time”; use 与此同时 for parallel timing.
