对...来说 means 'for... / from... point of view.' Use it before a comment that is true from someone's perspective.

对 + Person/Group + 来说，Comment: 对...来说 means 'for... / from... point of view.' Use it before a comment that is true from someone's perspective.
对...来说 sets the perspective before giving an opinion, judgment, or difficulty level. It is useful when something may be easy for one person but hard for another: 对我来说很难, 对他来说不难. The phrase usually comes at the beginning of the sentence. Do not confuse it with 给, which means 'to/for' in giving actions.
