A + 比 + B + Adjective + Difference: A 比 B + adjective + amount shows the exact difference, such as older by two years or earlier by ten minutes.
This pattern gives a measured difference after the adjective: 大两岁, 多三个人, 早十分钟, 晚一小时. The amount comes after the adjective, not before it. Do not use 很 with the difference amount.
