依我看 means “in my opinion / as I see it.” It is personal and often used before a suggestion or judgement.

Explication

依我看 introduces the speaker’s own view. It is more direct and personal than 在我看来. It is useful in discussion, but should be used politely when disagreeing. Do not confuse it with 据我所知, which means “as far as I know” and reports knowledge, not opinion.
