Read the sample sentence and notice how 不是……就是…… works in the frame: 不是 A，就是 B.
不是...就是... presents two alternatives and often implies that one of them is almost always true. It can describe habits, repeated situations, or limited choices. Do not confuse it with 不是A而是B, which denies A and confirms B. In 不是...就是..., both A and B are possible alternatives.
