哪怕 A，也 B means “even if A, still B,” often with stronger emotion or emphasis than 即使.

Kesalahan Umum

Adding 所以: 哪怕只有十分钟，所以我也要复习。Use 哪怕 A，也 B without 所以.

Catatan Penggunaan

哪怕 often appears with 只, 一点, 一次, 再难.
It sounds stronger than 即使 in many contexts.
The second clause usually contains 也.
