针对 means “targeting” or “in response to.” It is used when an action is aimed at a specific problem, need, risk, or group.

针对 is action-oriented. It often appears with measures, suggestions, designs, policies, or solutions. Compared with 关于, which only introduces a topic, 针对 suggests that the following action is designed for that target or problem.

Kesalahan Umum

Using 关于 when action is targeted: 关于这个问题，老师给出了具体建议。关于 is acceptable for topic, but 针对 is stronger when advice responds to a problem.
Using 针对 for a broad neutral topic without action.If you only introduce a topic, 关于 may be better.
