Read the sample sentence and notice how 既然……就…… works in the frame: 既然 A，就 B.
既然 introduces a fact that both speaker and listener can accept. The second clause gives a natural conclusion, suggestion, or action. Do not add 所以 before 就; 就 already marks the conclusion. Compared with 因为...所以..., 既然...就... is more about using an accepted fact to make a point or persuade someone.
