Read the sample sentence and notice how 就……来看 works in the frame: 就 A 来看，B.
This pattern is useful when the conclusion is limited to one perspective, such as data, feedback, effect, or current situation. Do not say 对...来看. Compared with 就...来说, 来看 stresses judgement from evidence or angle.
