课程摘要
着 after a verb shows a continuing state after an action. It often describes how something is placed, worn, open, or ongoing in the background.
着 does not simply mean 'doing now.' It often marks a state that continues: 门开着, 桌子上放着一本书, 他穿着白衣服. It is different from 在, which highlights an action in progress: 他在开门 means he is opening the door; 门开着 means the door is open. Negation is usually 没 + verb + 着 for state not existing: 门没开着 sounds less common; 门没开 is more natural in many cases.
