不至于…… means "not so serious as to; unlikely to". Use 不至于 A to say the situation will not reach an excessive or serious degree A.
Anchor example
只是迟到十分钟，不至于影响整个会议。
Zhǐshì chídào shí fēnzhōng, bú zhìyú yǐngxiǎng zhěnggè huìyì.
Being ten minutes late should not affect the whole meeting.
