Chinese time expressions usually go from larger units to smaller units: year, month, day, then hour and minute.
To say a date, Chinese normally uses 年, 月, 日/号 in that order: 二零二六年六月十三号. To say clock time, use numbers + 点 + 分, or special forms such as 半 for thirty minutes.
The key beginner habit is to keep the order large to small. Do not copy Vietnamese order if it changes the Chinese sequence. Also keep words such as 点, 分, 月, and 号 with their numbers.

Month comes before the day in Chinese.
点 comes after the hour number; 半 comes after 点.
