既然……就…… means “since this is already true, then....” It connects an accepted fact with a natural decision, suggestion, or result.
Use 既然……就…… when both speaker and listener know or accept the first fact, and the speaker draws a conclusion from it. It is stronger than 因为……所以…… because it often carries the tone “now that this is the case.” The second clause commonly gives advice, a decision, or a natural next step. Do not use 既然 for a new reason the listener does not know; use 因为 for ordinary cause. 就 usually appears before the verb or adjective in the second clause.
