不光 is close to 不仅 and 不但, but it is very natural in spoken Chinese. Use 不光……也…… when you add another subject or another case: 不光我去,他也去. The second part usually uses 也 to show “also.” If the same subject has two qualities or actions, 不仅……还…… is often smoother, but 不光……也…… is still possible in speech. Avoid using it for contrast; it adds similar information, not the opposite.
