A + 没有 + B + 那么/这么 + Adjective: A 没有 B 那么/这么 + adjective means A is not as adjective as B.
Use 没有...那么/这么... to make a negative comparison. 那么 usually points to another comparison target; 这么 often points to the current or nearby situation. The adjective comes after 那么/这么. Do not replace 没有 with 不有, and do not use 更 in this negative comparison pattern.
